The short answer
What is a China spreadsheet?
A China spreadsheet is a list of products from Chinese marketplaces — Weidian, Taobao, 1688 — with links that open each item at a shopping agent. The agent buys the item in China, photographs it for you, and ships it to your country.
The first ones were literally shared Google Sheets: a column of links, a column of prices, a column of notes. They still work, but they go stale, break when a seller relists, and only carry one agent's links. This one is built from a maintained catalogue, so every row has photos, a category and a working link — and you choose whose link it is.

FAQ
About the China spreadsheet
What is a China spreadsheet?
A China spreadsheet is a list of products from Chinese marketplaces — mostly Weidian, Taobao and 1688 — with the links that open each one at a shopping agent, who buys and ships it for you. The name comes from the shared Google Sheets the community started with. This one is a website: searchable, sorted by category, with photos, and with a link for each agent we can link to.
Which agents does this spreadsheet work with?
Kakobuy, Litbuy, Oopbuy and USFans. Choose one with the buttons at the top of the page and every buy button switches to that agent. Kakobuy links cover every item; a few items are not linked at the other three, and those cards say so instead of sending you somewhere broken.
Is the price on a card what I pay in total?
No. It is the seller's price for the item, in US dollars. The agent adds its service fee, the seller's shipping to the agent's warehouse in China, and later the international shipping to you. Your cart at the agent itemises every charge before you pay.
Do I need an account to use the spreadsheet?
No. Everything here is readable without signing up anywhere. You need an account at a shopping agent only when you decide to order, because the agent is the one buying.
Where do the QC photos come from?
From the catalogue this sheet draws on, where each item has its own page with the photos taken of it — seller pictures and warehouse QC shots. The QC button on every card opens it. When you order yourself, your agent photographs your exact item when it reaches the warehouse.
How often is the China spreadsheet updated?
The list is read live from the catalogue on every visit, so a find added today is on the sheet today. The page itself is rebuilt now and then — this copy is from October 2026.
Is it legal to buy through a China spreadsheet?
Buying through a shopping agent is ordinary cross-border shopping. What you may import, and what duty you owe, depends on your country's rules and on the goods — including trademark rules on branded items. Check your own country's customs guidance before you order; nothing here is legal advice.
